Abs diet
A six-week nutritional diet plan put forward by David Zinczenko, the editor-in-chief
of "Men's Health Magazine". This is basically a "look good"
diet and caters to people who are more conscious about their appearance. David
Zinczenko lays stress on converting fats into muscles to make the body into
an efficient fat burning engine and thus cause weight loss.
The diet plan recommends a special list of twelve food categories combined
with some regular training exercises. These twelve food categories have been
called "power foods" and consist of nuts, beans, green vegetables,
fat free dairy products, eggs, meat, bread and cereals, whey powder, berries,
peanut butter, instant oatmeal and olive oil.
