Blood type diet
This diet plan is inspired by a book called "Eat Right For Your Type"
by Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo. In his book Dr. D'Adamo advises different foods for
people with different blood groups.
According to his claims lectins in food react in a different manner with each
blood group and hence food that may be beneficial for some groups may prove
to be harmful for others. Listed below are some of the recommended food varieties
for different blood groups:
Blood group O: Diet with lots of meat content.
Blood group A: Mainly vegetarian diet.
Blood group B: Emphasis is on dairy products.
Blood group AB: A combination of vegetables and dairy products.
