Body For Life
Bill Phillips, a former competitive body builder and publisher of many health
related magazines brought out an intense twelve-week diet program to help people
lose fat and increase their body strength. This program popularly known, as
"Body For Life" is a combination of a diet plan and training exercises
designed to shape up slack bodies.
The diet plan involves eating six small meals in a day that are rich in proteins,
unrefined carbohydrates and vegetables. Physical exercises are also necessary
for this program and include weight training and aerobics on alternate days.
