Cabbage soup diet

bringing up this diet plan. This seven day diet program is basically for people
who want to lose weight quickly and is not suited for a sustained weight loss.
As the name suggests this diet encourages consumption of large quantities of
cabbage soup while restricting other food products.
This is a very strict diet plan and not so easy to follow. The seven day food
routine involves cabbage soup on all days plus fruits on day 1, vegetables on
day 2, fruits and vegetables on day 3, bananas and skimmed milk on day 4, tomatoes
and meat on day 5, meat and vegetables on day 6, brown rice, juice and vegetables
on day 7.
