Change One
"Reader's Digest", a very popular magazine, has brought out a diet
plan called the "Change One". The 12 week unique diet program has
been written by some of the magazine's top nutritionists and dietary experts.
The diet is quite easy to follow as the procedure involves a step by step change
in the eating habits.
Individuals who take up this diet routine are required to make just one change
every week in their meals. The first change can be in breakfast followed by
changes in lunch, snacks, dinner, etc. in the consecutive weeks. This is basically
a long term weight loss program since there are no drastic dietary changes involved.
