Evolution Diet
A diet based on a book written by Joseph Stephen and Breese Morse. The diet plan
as the name suggests is influenced by the lifestyles of pre-historic human beings
and draws its conclusions by taking into account their eating habits. The idea
is to negate the effect of civilization that has caused changes in our diet by
making it more "synthetic".
"Evolution Diet" does not recommend any drastic measures to reduce
calorie intake but is more of a consistent program that advises people to follow
the dietary habits of natural or ancient humans. The emphasis is on consuming
natural foods that are low in sugar and rich in proteins and fibers. Some modern
healthy foods may also be allowed so that the diet plan does not become too
restrictive.
