Hallelujah Diet
Reverend George M. Malkmus came out with this diet plan which he claims is based
on teachings of the Bible, scientific research and his personal experience. George
Malkmus and his wife Rhonda Jean manufacture, sell products and operate from a
place called Hallelujah Acres.
The diet program is basically vegetarian and mainly consists of raw fruits
and vegetables along with certain food supplements like "Barley Green"
(powder from barley leaves) and "Carrot Max". According to Malkmus
Barley Green is a source for wide variety of nutrients. Meals recommended by
"Hallelujah diet" contain 85percent raw food and 15 percent cooked
food.
Breakfast: Barleygreen either dry or with water
Lunch: Barleygreen with carrot juice and raw fruits
Dinner: Barleygreen, green vegetable salad and some cooked food.
