Israeli Army Diet
This diet is not connected to the Israeli army in any way and was given this glamorous
name only for promotional purposes. "Israeli Army Diet" is a short term
weight loss program that is to be followed for only eight days at a time.
The diet plan is highly restrictive and allows only apples on the first two
days, cheese on the third and fourth day, chicken on the fifth and sixth day,
salad on the last two days, in addition to black tea or coffee. Doctors and
nutritionists do not approve of this diet as it lacks in key nutrients that
are required by the body.
