Movie Star Diet
Steve Simmons introduced this diet plan in the year 2003 and also launched
it as an e-book on the net. The diet is based on a new concept of "bite
counting" and does not give any preference to age old practice of counting
calories. In this diet program stress is on the need for a healthy lifestyle
and includes a "work out" plan combined with a diet based on healthy
foods and vitamins.
The diet promises to make you lose at least twelve pounds in two weeks without
eliminating any specific food products.
